When you request a resource (such as our Perfusion Cost Audit PDF) or contact us, we collect only what you provide: name, email address, institution, and optional role. We also collect standard server-log information (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
We use your contact information to deliver the resource you requested, respond to inquiries, and occasionally share relevant insights about perfusion economics. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
You can opt out of communications at any time by replying to any email from us with "unsubscribe" in the subject line, or by emailing plancher@gatemedicals.com.
We retain lead information for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide services and communications you have requested. You may request deletion of your information at any time.
Lead records are stored on our hosted server with restricted file permissions and are not publicly accessible. We use industry-standard practices to protect your information.
